Although it operates on a mobile device, the application interacts directly online with CASMU's existing corporate systems responsible for patient care management, including the Client Management System, Scheduling System, Laboratory/Paraclinical Tests Management System, Pharmacy System, Electronic Health Record System (HCE), and others.

The app incorporates functionalities already available through CASMU's website, with enhancements such as notifications from CASMU regarding different situations. Future developments plan to introduce additional features that facilitate easier access to services for members.

Overall, this application enables members of CASMU to carry out various procedures and requests digitally, reducing the need for physical visits or calls to the Call Center.
